There are many opportunities at CLPC to use the gifts that God has given to us as we praise and worship our Lord. Our musical groups are focused on a powerful prayer life as we ask for the guidance in being a part of the worship teams and small groups. Interested in being a part of this

GLORIA CHOIR
Joyful, inspiring, uplifting in the Music Ministry of the church!
The choir participates as part of the traditional worship (11:00am) and is comprised of all from high school age and up. The Gloria Choir members also sing for community venues such as the Burroughs Holiday House, caroling at Health Park Hospital, and Mrs. Edison's Hymn Sings. The choir does Cantata's during the Christmas and Easter seasons and takes part in some of the Dramas as well as Talent Shows.
Rehearsals are currently on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM in the Choir Room
(Room 6 in CE Building 1).
PRAISE TEAM
The Praise Team provides an exciting worship setting for the Praise Service at 9:30am. Under the Christian guidance and influence of our praise team leader, John Ferris, the team of singers and instrumentalists provide such an uplifting and powerful feeling that involves the worshiper to see and feel
the face of God !
Practice is currently held at 5:30 PM on Wednesday's in the Sanctuary.
HAND BELL CHOIR (Voices in Bronze)
This is a 4 octave Schulmerich bell choir, currently comprised of 14 year round members and 15 in season. We ring level 3 music and do 4 in hand. This Music Ministry rings for both the Praise and the Traditional
Services and participates in the cantatas, accompanies some of the hymns as well as using a few ringers to enhance other forms of Christian music.
If you would like to learn how to ring...then contact Rachel Carrier or just come and watch as we learn together at a practice session!!! Practice is every Tuesday night at 6:00 PM.
CHILDRENS CHOIR ---- (Angel's ROCK!)
and this group does know how to rock!!!! (ages 5 - 5th grade)
These children provide a great, uplifting spirit to the songs they sing in praise to the Lord. They have
performed the musicals GPS, God's Plan of Salvation, and Jonah! 2011, the group will be doing the musical The Tale of the Three Trees on Palm Sunday. They sing two part music, sing with the Gloria Choir and the Praise Team as well as bring their gifts of love, music, and child like serenity to the members of the church at Christmas Eve and at other times as special music during the General church year! This Children's Ministry in corporates a bible study time, music theory, and to prays for each other.
